Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By contacting Avant Aesthetics and inquiring about our services, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


  •  All skincare products’ pricing and clinical and surgical procedures are subject to change without notice. 
  • Our practice does not honor prices which weren’t approved by the owners of Avant Aesthetics.
  • Our practice does not reveal pricing over the phone but can provide general estimates. Because each patient is different, a consultation is required to receive an accurate quote.

Scheduling Policy

  • All consultations at Avant Aesthetics are complimentary!
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us, kindly give us a 24-hour notice to avoid fees.
  • If you cannot make your appointment and do not provide us with a 24-hour notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
  • The first no-show fee for a scheduled appointment will be waived. However, if you decide to reschedule with us again in the future, your credit card information will be required to rebook the appointment.
  • A second no-show without proper notice will result in a $100 charge to your credit card.
  • Complimentary FaceTime and Skype consultations are available.
  • Since we are based in Beverly Hills, all FaceTime and Skype consultations will be scheduled in PST (Pacific Standard Time). If you are located at a different timezone, please be sure to make a note of the correct time for your consultation.
  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we require additional steps to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

Surgery Policy

  • The Board Certified Plastic Surgeons at Avant Aesthetics prepare a proposed treatment plan based upon your consultation.
  • All patients are required to take a COVID-19 test and submit results to Avant Aesthetics prior to surgery. Your consultant will have further instructions.
  • A 20% deposit is due at the time of surgery scheduling.
  • Deposits are refundable up to two (2) weeks prior to surgery.
  • With any refund request, there will be a 3% transaction fee deducted from the requested amount.
  • Associated fees may be paid in cash, cashier’s check, or a major credit card.

Injectables Policy

  • Patient is required to read and sign consent forms prior to any injection given at Avant Aesthetics. (Including, but not limited to: Botox, Dysport, Fillers, Kybella, etc.)
  • Upon signing the consent form for an injection, the patient agrees that they understand the treatment, risks, and touch-up policies.
  • Patient understands that there is no guarantee wrinkles and folds will be reduced completely after their first treatment. Extra touch-up treatments may be required to achieve the desired results, and the patient is responsible for those additional costs.
  • Patient completely and fully understands that once a unit, syringe and/or vial is injected, there will be no refunds for the full price of that unit, syringe and/or vial.
  • Patient understands that they can contact Avant Aesthetics at (888) 405-7978 or email [email protected] with any questions or problems after their treatment for the Physician to assess.

Pre and Post-Op Instructions

  • Patients will receive Pre & Post-Op Instructions prior to their procedure via TouchMD.
  • If you did not receive instructions or misplaced them, please contact us at (888) 405-7978 or email [email protected] to request a copy.

Advertisements and Specials

  • All special promotions are subject to change. They are limited-time offers. If our office is closed at the time of your inquiry, you must email, leave a voicemail, or direct message us to secure special promotion prior to the stated expiration date.
  • Avant Aesthetics reserves the right to change the expiration date of and/or discontinue any special promotion.
  • If our office(s) do not recognize a special promotion inquired by you, visual proof of the advertised special by Avant Aesthetics is required (i.e., A screenshot, saved email, link to an Instagram post, etc.).
  • Special promotions cannot be combined with other offers or package rates unless stated otherwise.
  • Special promotions through Avant Aesthetics cannot be used with Care Credit Financing.
  • Special promotions and packages are non-refundable.
  • Patients cannot purchase a special promotion after its expiration date.

Avant Skincare Products Policy

  • Avant Skincare is dedicated to bringing you the best in medical-grade skin care products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact your skin care provider at our office within 30 days of the purchase date. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase.
  • If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item.
  • All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Please send us a quick email at [email protected] or give us a call at (888) 405-7978.


  • Due to the nature of some of our procedures and photographs, viewers who browse through our medical before and after gallery must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent.
  • Results from our patients are real but do not reflect what your results will be. Since every individual is different, your results may vary.
  • Patients featured in the gallery are real Avant patients treated by our providers. They have given Avant Aesthetics consent to use their photos, stories and/or videos. If you believe your images have been used by mistake, please contact us immediately and we will gladly double-check your signed consent forms.
  • If you are happy with your results and would like to contribute to our online gallery, we would be thrilled to feature you!

Rewards Points Program

  • Patients receive 1 point for every $1 they spend at Avant Aesthetics.
  • Patients receive 1500 points for every new paying patient referred.
  • Points are only received with non-surgical treatments.
  • All points must be used by the end of the calendar year.
  • Points in your account will automatically reset to zero every January 1st.
  • Points and redeemable treatments are non-transferable.
  • Treatments redeemed to be performed by Aesthetician/RN/PA only.

  • Official Avant staff emails all end in “@avantps.com.” (i.e., [email protected]).
  • Official Vanguard Surgery Center staff emails all end in “@vanguard-asc.com” (i.e., [email protected]).
  • Receiving emails from any source other than the ones listed in items 1 & 2 in this section are not considered official emails from Avant Aesthetics, the Avant Aesthetics staff, Vanguard Surgery Center, or the Vanguard Surgery Center staff.
  • The materials within an email body are private and may contain Protected Health Information.
  • If you are not the intended recipient of a sent email, be advised that any unauthorized use, disclosure, copying, distribution, or the taking of any action in reliance on the contents of its information is strictly prohibited.
  • If you have received an email in error, please immediately notify the sender via telephone at (888) 405-7978 or by return email.
  • Pertaining to all email replies sent by the Avant Aesthetics Staff: “Our response to you does not, and cannot, provide individual medical advice, but rather is for general informational purposes only. Our response is not intended to be a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician who is aware of your medical history and has had an opportunity to examine you. Do not rely on our response in place of seeking professional medical advice.”
